At Euro-Impex, production is the heart of our company. Every day, we work to transform raw, FSC®-certified wood into durable slats and bed frames of the highest quality. Each part of the process is carefully monitored and executed with meticulous Danish craftsmanship. Follow the five steps of our production process, from untreated wood entering our storage, through wood treatment, quality assurance, assembly, packaging, and finally, shipping.

Wood from Nordic forests

Our production begins with the arrival of untreated wood, delivered by trusted suppliers from Nordic forests. This wood is not only strong and durable but also FSC-certified, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests.

We store the untreated wood safely in our warehouse, protecting it from the elements until it is ready for processing.

Precision and care

In our modern production facilities, skilled craftsmen and advanced technology take over to process the wood, ensuring it achieves the desired finish and durability for our products.

We carefully treat the wood using our in-house planer and cut it precisely to individual sizes.

Only the best is delivered

After processing, the wood undergoes thorough quality control. Our wood specialists manually inspect each piece to ensure all our products meet the highest quality standards. We never compromise on quality, and only the best slats and bed frames move on to the next step.

Assembly, packaging – and ready for delivery

After quality assurance, the products are assembled and prepared for shipping. Our experienced packaging team ensures that each product is carefully and securely packed. We use custom-made packaging designed to protect our wood products during transport.

Before shipment, we conduct another quality check to ensure that all goods are well-protected against damage during transit.

Once the products are packed, they quickly move on to shipping. With a stable inventory, we can process your order promptly and deliver high-quality bed slats in a short timeframe.

We operate our own shipping center and work with reliable transport partners, allowing us to deliver securely and on time across Europe.
