Pre-stressed slats are a slat of birch veneer that is drilled for firm attachment on both sides. Available in radius R4000 or radius R8000.
The base is assembled with textile or plastic tape, and all slats are drilled with Ø5 with countersinking on both sides.
Form-clamped slats are available in many different sizes. Standard is 8 x 45 mm.
Standard widths are: 697 – 747 – 797 – 847 – 897 – 1197 – 1397 x 2000 mm.
The standard is with 15 slats and then has a slat spacing of approx. 72 mm.
Special measurements in all widths and lengths are possible.
Length, width and the number of slats can be produced individually, and we can deliver each individual bundle packed loose on pallets, or packaged in cardboard or plastic.
Screws can also be supplied.
