Our production is the heart of our company. Here we transform raw, untreated wood into beautifully processed, high-quality products. From the moment we receive raw wood in our warehouse to the moment our products reach our customers across Europe, every step of our production process is carefully monitored and executed with care. Let us take you on a journey through our production process in five steps: from untreated wood into storage, through wood treatment, quality assurance, assembly, packaging and final dispatch. Everything we produce is FSC certified.

Wood in stock
Our production starts with the receipt of untreated wood, which we receive from reliable suppliers. This raw wood constitutes the raw materials for our products and is of decisive importance for the quality of the final result. We store this wood safely in our warehouse and ensure that it is protected from weather and environmental influences until it is ready to be processed.

Wood processing
At the next step in our production process, our skilled craftsmen and machines take over. We process the wood with our own wood planer and cut it to individual sizes to our exact specifications. This wood treatment is essential to achieve the desired finish and durability in our products. Our meticulous craftsmen ensure that every part of the wood is treated with care and attention to detail.

Quality assurance
The quality of our products is our highest priority. After the wood treatment, our wood specialist goes through a thorough manual quality assurance. This ensures that the wood meets our strict quality standards and is free of flaws or defects. We are dedicated to delivering products that meet our customers' expectations and can stand the test of time.

Production
Once the wood has been treated and approved in quality assurance, we proceed to the assembly of our products. Our experienced craftsmen assemble the different parts of the wood to form our many products. This step is crucial to achieving the final structure and functionality of our products, and it requires precision and expertise.

Packaging
Once our products have been assembled, we move on to the packing process. Our experienced team of packaging experts ensure that each product is packed carefully and safely. We use custom-made packaging designed to protect our wood products during transport. Each item package is carefully checked to ensure that it is properly protected against any damage that may occur during shipping. We use plastic protection and other materials as needed to maintain the product's quality and aesthetics.

Shipment
After the necessary packing process has been completed, our products are ready for dispatch. We have our own shipping center at our address giving us full control over the shipping process. This enables us to ensure that our products reach our customers across Europe safely and on time. We work with reliable transport partners to ensure that deliveries are efficient and reliable. We are proud to supply our wood products to a wide range of destinations and are delighted to know that our customers can enjoy them in their homes and projects.
